1 serrano peppers, thinly sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 lemon, zested and juiced
1/4 cup(s) extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp rosemary, chopped
1/2 Tsp red pepper flakes
1 Tbsp thyme, finely chopped
