1 Hill Country Fare Olive Oil Cooking Spray
2 cup(s) H-E-B Fully Cooked Natural Brisket Flat, shredded
12 H-E-B White Corn Tortillas
1/2 yellow onion, cut into thin strips
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Fresher Lasting Chunky Guacamole
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Fat Free Sour Cream
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Chunky Salsa Medium

Instructions

Heat oven to 450°F.

Spray a foil-lined baking pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.

Place brisket in a microwave-safe dish, cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high power for 1 minute then set aside.

Spray tortillas on both sides with non-stick cooking spray, wrap in plastic wrap and microwave on high power for 1 minute to soften.

Spread 3 tablespoons of brisket and a couple of strips of onion, if desired, down the center of each tortilla and roll tightly, one at a time.

Secure each flauta with a toothpick and set on prepared baking pan.

Bake flautas on center oven rack for 12 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove toothpicks and serve with guacamole, sour cream and/or chunky salsa.
