1 Lb Pork Tamales, removed from husk
11 Oz Fully Cooked Ground Beef
15 Oz enchilada sauce
1 cup(s) Cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup(s) corn chips, crushed

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly spray an 8" x 8" baking dish with non-stick spray.

Place the unwrapped tamales into the baking dish. Top with warmed ground beef, enchilada sauce, cheese, then corn chips.

Bake for 30 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
