Moppin' Potato Salad

Recipe makes 4 Servings

2 Lb red potatoes
3/4 cup(s) H-E-B Real Mayonnaise
1/3 cup(s) Better Than Good Texas Moppin' Sauce
1 Tbsp Adams Reserve House Rub
1 cup(s) celery, chopped
1/2 cup(s) red onion, chopped

Instructions

Scrub potatoes and cut into 1/2 inch dice. Place in a large pot and cover with water.

Bring to a boil and simmer over medium heat, uncovered, for 15-20 minutes or until tender.

Drain well and place in a large bowl to cool.

In the meantime, combine mayonnaise, Moppin' sauce and Adams rub in a small bowl.

Toss potatoes with celery and onion.

Stir in dressing of your choice and serve at room temperature or refrigerate and serve chilled.
