1/2 Tsp kosher salt
1 Tbsp malted milk powder
3 Tbsp cocoa powder
1 Tbsp Nielsen-Massey Pure Vanilla Bean Paste, or 1.5 tsp vanilla extract

In a stand mixer with whisk attachment, add heavy cream, powdered sugar, salt, malted milk powder, cocoa powder, and vanilla. Beat on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form.

Refrigerate until ready to use. This is great to top iced coffee, or to frost cakes or cupcakes, or any way you would use fresh whipped cream.
