15 lychees, peeled and seeded
1/2 cup(s) water
1/2 cup(s) granulated sugar
1 lemon, juiced and zested

Instructions

Place peeled and seeded lychees in the blender and puree until smooth. Transfer to a small saucepan.

Add water and sugar and stir to mix. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, reduce heat to low and allow to simmer until reduced by half.

Pour into a reusable container and let cool before use. Cover and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
