10 Oz tortilla chips
8 Oz H‑E‑B Select Ingredients Mexican Thick Cut Shreds
12 Oz H-E-B Fully Cooked Beef Fajitas, chopped into small pieces
1/3 cup(s) green onions, chopped
1/2 cup(s) sweet corn, fresh, frozen or canned (drained)
1/4 cup(s) Whataburger Spicy Jalapeño Ranch Sauce
1/2 cup(s) salsa
1/4 cup(s) fresh cilantro, chopped
1 large avocado, cubed

Preheat oven to 375˚F.

Layer baking sheet with half of each: tortilla chips, cheese, fajita meat and green onion. Repeat with remaining ingredients and top with a layer of corn.

Spread remaining tortilla chips on top. Add remaining cheese, meat and green onion. Finish with a layer of corn.

Bake about 10 minutes or until cheese is completely melted and tortilla chips begin to lightly brown on the edges.

Drizzle lightly with jalapeño ranch and top with salsa, cilantro and avocado.
