15 Oz light fruit cocktail, juice separated from fruit
1 .44 oz package sugar-free lime gelatin
8 Oz light whipped topping, thawed
1 pie crust

Instructions

Pour 3/4 cup fruit cocktail juice into a large, microwave safe bowl and sprinkle with gelatin; stir to combine. Microwave on high power 1 minute.

Add 3/4 cup ice cubes to dissolved gelatin and stir until ice dissolves.

Stir in whipped topping then fruit cocktail.

Pour mixture into pie crust, cover and refrigerate 15 minutes to set.
