Lemon & Chipotle Five Spice Shrimp Skewers

1 Lb H-E-B Texas Fresh Farm Raised Shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 Tsp olive oil
1 lemon, juiced
1 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
1 Tbsp Adams Reserve Chipotle Five Spice Rub

Instructions

In a medium bowl, mix shrimp, oil, lemon juice, cilantro and chipotle 5 spice rub until shrimp are coated. Marinate 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat grill to medium-high.

Place shrimp on metal skewers (or wooden skewers that have been soaked in water), leaving space between each shrimp to ensure even cooking.

Grill 2 to 4 minutes on each side or until shrimp are opaque.

Remove from grill and serve shrimp in tacos or with brown rice.
