1 bunch of organic lacinato kale, leaves cut off and stems discarded
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 Tsp kosher salt
1 Tsp smoked paprika
1 Tsp garlic powder
1 Tsp onion powder

Instructions

Preheat oven to 225°F.

Cut kale along stalks, being careful to keep leaves long, like strips of bacon. Discard stalks and repeat this step with entire bunch.

Place strips into a bowl and season with oil, salt, paprika, garlic and onion powder.

Place on a sheet tray lined with parchment paper.

Bake 60 to 80 minutes or until crunchy.

Cool 10 minutes before eating.

Season to taste with more salt and pepper as needed.
