Italian Braciole with Tomato Basil Sauce

1/2 cup(s) Hill Country Fare Italian Bread Crumbs
1 H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go! Garlic Clove, chopped
1 cup(s) H-E-B Shredded Italian Blend Cheese
2 Tbsp fresh Italian parsley leaves, chopped
4 Tbsp H-E-B Olive Oil, divided
1/4 Tsp salt
1/4 Tsp pepper
2 Lb thin-sliced Milanese beef steaks
1 Tsp Hill Country Fare Meat Tenderizer
8 short, thick bamboo skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
1 cup(s) H-E-B Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce

Combine bread crumbs, garlic, cheese, parsley, and 2 tablespoons olive oil in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, and set aside.

Lay steaks flat on work surface and sprinkle with meat tenderizer on both sides. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of bread crumb mixture evenly over steaks.

Starting at the narrow end, roll steaks up like a jelly roll, insert a skewer diagonally, place roll on a grilling mesh that has been sprayed with nonstick spray. Brush with remaining olive oil.

Heat a gas or charcoal grill to 325°F (medium low). Grill braciole for 10 minutes, turning once, until browned on all sides.

Serve with pasta sauce.
