1 Lb salmon, cut into small pieces
2 Tbsp Patty's Herbs Dill, chopped
2 Tbsp H-E-B Peeled Garlic Cloves, chopped
4 small red potatoes, quartered
1 white onion(s), rough chopped
1 frozen corn
32 fl oz Central Market Organics Free Range Low Sodium Chicken Broth, divided
1 cup(s) H-E-B Heavy Whipping Cream
1/4 Tsp salt
1/4 Tsp H-E-B Pure Ground Black Pepper

Instructions

Preheat a medium soup pot to high; add salmon, dill, garlic, potatoes, onion and corn; sauté, 10 minutes.

Add broth and cream, bring to a gentle simmer, reduce to medium-low, cook 1 hour. Add salt and pepper.

During last 10 minutes, slice baguette and toast. Serve with the soup.
