Recipe makes 2 Servings

1 Tbsp Ottavio Private Reserve Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
6 Oz H-E-B Spinach
4 Tbsp Texas Brew Hatch Harissa Sauce, or more, if desired
1 naan bread, package contains 2 pieces
8 slices of H-E-B Roti Flavored Chicken Breast, fresh sliced
8 slices H-E-B Mozzarella Whole Milk Cheese

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F. Heat skillet on medium-high heat. Add Ottavio Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Sauté onion and spinach.

Spread Texas Brew Hatch Harissa Sauce over both pieces of naan bread.

Place 4 slices of the sliced chicken breast on each piece of naan bread. Then layer with the sautéed spinach and onions and top with the cheese.

Place in preheated oven until cheese melts, approximately 3 to 5 minutes.
