12 Oz roast beef, sliced
3 green onions, chopped
1/8 Tsp Salt
3 8 oz packages of cream cheese, softened
6 Oz pecan pieces

Instructions

Chop beef into small pieces 1/4-inch square or less.

Thoroughly blend diced beef , chopped onions, and salt to taste into cream cheese in a large bowl.

Shape into a log or balls or mold in a shaped dish (such as the state of Texas).
