1 Tbsp H-E-B Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Lb tilapia fillets, sliced in 4 ounce portions
1/8 Tsp salt
1/8 Tsp pepper
1/2 cup(s) Dole Pineapple Tidbits in 100% Pineapple Juice, drained
15 Oz H-E-B Crisp & Sweet Corn with No Salt Added, drained
3/4 cup(s) red onions, diced
1 jalapeño pepper, minced

Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Drizzle oil over tilapia fillets, season with salt and pepper.

Place on grill, cover, and cook 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
