Grilled Banana Split with Hot Nutella Fudge & Brittle

1 large unripened banana, cut in half lengthwise, plus more as needed to make more
2 Tbsp canola or vegetable oil, plus more as needed for brushing extra bananas
1/2 cup(s) Nutella Hazelnut Spread, plus more as desired
1/4 cup(s) whole milk, plus more as needed for consistency
1 Pt vanilla ice cream, or your favorite ice cream
13 Oz H-E-B Real Dairy Whip, as needed
1 cup(s) Hunter Mix Brittle, crushed

Preheat grill to 350ºF.

Brush bananas with oil and place cut sides down on grill for 2 to 5 minutes or until just nicely marked. Remove and allow to cool.

Meanwhile, make hot fudge by adding Nutella and milk to a small non-stick skillet or small pot and place over medium-low heat.

Whisk sauce until it comes together and starts to bubble, remove from heat. Add more milk if necessary to have a sauce consistency.

Assemble banana split by adding three scoops of ice cream to a shallow ice cream dish or bowl, place grilled bananas on either side of ice cream to hold them in place.

Drizzle with hot Nutella fudge, add whipped cream and top with brittle to garnish.
