4 cup(s) H-E-B Super Sweet Corn, frozen
29 1/2 Oz Hill Country Fare Cream Corn
1/2 cup(s) green onions, chopped
1/2 cup(s) cilantro, chopped
1 garlic, chopped
2 Oz H-E-B Diced Pimentos
4 Oz Hill Country Fare Diced Green Chiles
2 H-E-B Cage Free Brown Large Eggs, beaten
2 cup(s) H-E-B Shredded Mexican-Blend Cheese
1 Tsp ground cumin
8 Oz H-E-B Heavy Whipping Cream
1/8 Tsp salt
1/8 Tsp pepper
2 cup(s) unsalted tortilla chips, crushed

Preheat oven to 350°F .

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients but the chips. Mix well.

Pour mixture into 9x13-inch baking dish and top with crushed tortilla chips. Cover with lid or aluminum foil.

Bake for 45-60 minutes or until golden.

Remove from oven and let casserole rest 15 minutes before serving.
