Ingredients

Recipe makes 8 Servings

1 Tsp canola oil
1 Lb fresh ground chicken breast
1/2 cup(s) white onions
2 H-E-B Peeled Garlic, minced
32 Oz Central Market Organics Chicken Broth
7 Oz diced green chilies, drained
2 cup(s) spinach, chopped
32 Oz white beans, drained and rinsed
1 Tbsp ground cumin
1/8 Tsp kosher salt
1/8 Tsp black pepper

Instructions

Heat stockpot over medium-high heat for 3 minutes.

Add oil, ground chicken, onions and garlic to stockpot.

Cook for 5 minutes or until chicken is brown and crumbly.

Add chicken broth, chilies, spinach, navy beans and cumin.

Bring to boil then reduce heat to medium.

Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper.
