8 Oz H-E-B Italian Sausage, cooked and crumbled
1 1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Restaurant Style 50/50 Blend Cheese
1/4 cup(s) shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Medium Pico De Gallo
1 1/2 Tbsp salted butter, softened
2 slices H-E-B Select Ingredients Big Bread

Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.

Mix cooked sausage, both cheeses and pico de gallo in a bowl and mix gently.

Butter one side of each piece of bread. Place cheese mixture onto unbuttered side of one piece of bread. Gently place buttered side down on hot skillet. Top with remaining slice.

Cook on both sides until bread is toasted to a light brown on each side and cheese is melted, about 4 minutes on each side.
