2 Lb baby red potatoes, diced
1/4 cup(s) garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup(s) Texana Brand Roasted Garlic Infused Olive Oil
2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
1 Tsp kosher salt, plus more as needed
1 Tsp cracked black pepper, plus more as needed

Preheat oven to 400ºF.

In a large bowl combine potatoes with garlic, olive oil, rosemary sprigs, and salt and pepper, toss to coat thoroughly.

Place potatoes onto a sheet pan and roast 35 to 45 minutes or until potatoes are crispy. Season to taste as needed.
