7 Oz H-E-B Diced Sweet Onions
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Select Ingredients Sweet Cream Salted Butter
10 H‑E‑B Beer Bratwurst Pork Sausage Links
10 hot dog buns
9 1/4 Oz H-E-B Ground Brown Mustard
32 Oz H-E-B Sauerkraut, rinsed

Instructions

Combine beer, onion and butter in a large saucepan and heat on medium-low for 30 minutes, without reaching a boil.

Heat gas on charcoal grill to 375°F.

Grill links for 20-25 minutes, turning often with tongs.

Transfer brats to beer sauce and simmer for 15 minutes.

Hold brats in warm beer sauce until ready to serve.

Place each brat on a bun with brown mustard and sauerkraut and serve.
