Ingredients

Recipe makes 6 Servings

2 Artisan baguettes, sliced longways and cut into 3 pieces
4 Tbsp grapeseed oil
14 Oz H-E-B Fully Cooked Italian Style Meatballs
24 Oz Four J Meatball Sauce, 1 jar
1 cup(s) baby arugula
1/2 cup(s) shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Heat oven to 350°F and place a skillet over medium heat.

Wrap bread loosely in foil and place in oven.

Add oil to skillet then carefully add meatballs to pan.

Sauté and brown meatballs 4-5 minutes.

Turn heat down to medium and pour sauce over meatballs; cover and let simmer 10 minutes.

Remove bread from oven and gently open along lengthwise cut and line with arugula leaves.

Place meatballs in bread opening and layer with sauce and Parmesan cheese.
