Recipe makes 8 Servings

8 Oz mascarpone cheese
1 1/4 cup(s) Nuccina Hazelnut Spread
1/2 Tsp kosher salt
8 bakery fresh glazed donuts, cut in half
1 1/2 cup(s) fresh strawberries, sliced thin
2 cup(s) fresh blackberries
2 cup(s) H-E-B Organics Peanut Butter Dots Cereal, slightly crushed

Instructions

In a bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, hazelnut spread and salt. Whisk thoroughly and refrigerate until ready to use.

To serve, spread a generous amount of hazelnut mixture on bottom half of each donut.

Top with strawberries, blackberries and a sprinkle of crushed cereal.

Add top of donut to form a sandwich, cut in half and serve with a dollop of whipped cream if desired.
