1/2 Tsp Chinese five spice powder
10 .7000 Oz Veggie Noodle Co. Beet Spirals
4 Oz goat cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup(s) fresh cilantro, finely chopped
1 Tsp fresh mint, finely chopped

Heat large skillet over medium high heat.

Bring chicken broth and five spice powder to a simmer, add beet spirals, toss to coat.

Cover and simmer for 4 to 5 minutes, or until beets are tender, but still slightly firm.

Transfer from skillet, and divide between serving plates.

Top with goat cheese and fresh herbs. Season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper if desired
