1 1/2 Tbsp butter
5 Oz fideo noodles
2 Tbsp yellow onions, medium dice
1 1/2 Tsp Knorr Tomato Bouillon
2 cup(s) Central Market Low Sodium Chicken Broth
1/2 Tsp ground black pepper
1/2 cup(s) avocado, large dice

Instructions

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add fideo and cook, stirring constantly, for 1 to 2 minutes until slightly browned. Add in onions and cook 30 seconds.

Mix tomato bouillon into chicken broth and pour into noodle mixture. Stir, bring to a simmer then cook 4 to 5 minutes until noodles are al dente. Season with pepper.

Remove from heat, garnish with diced avocado and serve.
