8 Oz H-E-B 2% Mexican 4-Blend Cheese
2 Tbsp H-E-B Sabor Tradicional Sliced Jalapeños, drained & chopped
12 Oz H-E-B Fully Cooked Chicken Breast Fajita Strips
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B French Fried Onions
1 cup(s) H-E-B Sour Cream, fat free
12 H-E-B Flour Tortillas
3/4 cup(s) Yucatan Guacamole, thawed

Instructions

Combine cheese, jalapeño, fajitas, fried onions and sour cream in large mixing bowl.

Heat large skillet or griddle to high heat.

Place 2 or 3 tortillas on hot griddle. Top each tortilla with 1/3 cup of quesadilla mixture and top with another tortilla. Heat each side for 1 minute or until cheese is melted.

Place quesadillas on cutting board and cut into 4 or 6 wedges.

Serve warm with guacamole.
