Recipe makes 14 Servings
3 racks of pork ribs (8 lbs. each)
3 1/2 fl oz vegetable oil
2 1/2 fl oz rice wine
1/2 fl oz soy sauce
1 Tsp kosher salt
1/4 fl oz sesame oil
1/4 Tsp sugar
1 Tsp Chinese 5 spice
1/2 cup(s) red pepper flakes
1 1/2 Oz Wondra Flour
1 1/2 Oz potato starch
1 1/2 Oz rice flour

Combine vegetable oil, rice wine, soy sauce, kosher salt, sesame oil, sugar, Chinese 5 spice and red pepper flakes then pour over ribs. Allow mixture to sit for 1 hour.

Drain ribs from marinade.

Combine Wondra flour, potato starch and rice flour.

Cover ribs in flour mixture and toss to coat thoroughly.

Bake at 450°F for 25 minutes or until cooked.

Serve hot.
