1/4 cup(s) red wine vinegar
3 Tbsp cold water
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 Tsp Central Market Organics Whole Mediterranean Oregano, plus more as needed for flavor
3 cloves of garlic, crushed
1 1/4 cup(s) grapeseed oil

Instructions

In a blender, add red wine vinegar, water, mustard, oregano and garlic. Blend on high until smooth.

Turn blender to medium speed and slowly add in oil to form an emulsion. Season to taste with cracked pepper and salt.

Pour dressing into an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to use. Dressing can be made in advance of use.
