Chimichurri Pizza Dough Wrapped Pork Slider

Recipe makes 6 Servings

1 1/2 Lb natural ground pork
2 Tbsp H-E-B Jalapeño Cilantro & Lime Pepper Toppers, plus more as needed
1 Tbsp Adams Reserve Chimichurri Rub, plus more as needed
1/2 Tsp kosher salt, plus more as needed
1 frozen raw pizza dough, thawed to room temperature
1/4 cup(s) Vela Farms Strawberry Balsamic Serrano Jam, as needed for topping

Instructions

Preheat grill to 375ºF. Preheat oven to 400ºF.

In a large bowl, mix ground pork, pepper toppers, chimichuri rub and kosher salt until well combined. Form into slider sized patties.

Grill until internal temperature reads 165ºF. Set aside to rest.

For each slider, tear off a piece of dough and roll out flat until large enough to wrap around a patty.

Place a burger in center of dough.

Wrap dough around burger then press and pinch dough until completely sealed.

Place wrapped burgers on a sheet pan and bake 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly.

Top with Vela Farms Strawberry Balsamic Serrano Jam and serve.
