1 non-stick cooking spray
2 Tbsp unsalted butter
3/4 cup(s) Reduced Fat 2% Milkfat Milk
5 1/4 Oz H-E-B® Scalloped Potatoes
10 Oz harvest creek chunk white chicken in water, drained and chopped
10 Oz green beans, frozen
1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and chopped fine

Heat oven to 400°F.

Spray a 2-quart baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

Combine 2 cups boiling water, butter and milk in a saucepan.

Stir in cheese sauce mix, then add potatoes, chicken, green beans and jalapeno pepper; stir to combine.

Pour potato mixture into prepared baking dish; bake uncovered for 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
