26 Oz H-E-B Fully Cooked Chicken Thigh Fajitas
8 1/4 Oz mole poblano
3 cup(s) water
1 1/2 Tbsp Knorr Tomato Bouillon with Chicken Flavor
16 Oz H-E-B Rice with Corn & Poblano

Instructions

Heat the chicken fajitas in the microwave oven according to package directions and set aside.

Combine mole and water in a large skillet and stir with a wire whip to dissolve.

Heat mole over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mole thickens (about 10 minutes).

Add heated chicken fajitas to the mole, stir and cook for 5 more minutes.

Heat rice in microwave according to package directions. Serve chicken over rice.
