2 Lb H-E-B Ground Chicken Breast 97% Lean
1 Tsp H-E-B Select Ingredients Texas Originals Chicken Fajita Spice Blend
1/4 cup(s) H-E-B Mayo Real Mayonnaise Squeeze Bottle
1 cup(s) fresh spinach, chopped
14 1/2 Oz H-E-B Diced Tomatoes, drained
8 H-E-B Bake Shop 100% Whole Wheat Thin Rounds

Instructions

Heat gas or charcoal grill to 350°F.

Combine chicken, seasoning, mayonnaise, spinach, and tomatoes in a bowl, and shape into 8 patties.

Place on foil-lined baking sheet, cover with plastic wrap and freeze 10 minutes.

Place patties on a grilling mesh, and grill 5 minutes on each side, or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
