Ingredients

Recipe makes 4 Servings

2 cup(s) cavatappi pasta
2 hot Italian turkey sausage links
1 carrots, thinly sliced
2 cup(s) bunched spinach, chopped
1 Tsp garlic, minced
1/2 cup(s) cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup(s) Parmesan cheese, grated
1 Tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions

Cook pasta according to package directions.

In a large skillet over a medium heat, cook the Italian sausage links for 7-8 minutes. Remove from the pan and slice.

Return the sausage to the pan with carrots, spinach, garlic and tomatoes. Cook for 6 minutes stirring frequently.

Add pasta to the skillet and remove from heat and stir in cheese and butter.
