2 Tbsp Grapeseed Oil
1 Lb Ground Chuck
1 1/4 Oz Chili Seasoning Mix
14 1/2 Oz Diced Tomatoes For Chili
10 Oz Corn Chips, as needed
2 cup(s) Mild Cheddar Thick Cut Shreds, plus more as needed
1 cup(s) green onions, chopped, as needed for garnish
1 cup(s) slices Fully Cooked Bacon, chopped

Instructions

Set a medium sized pot over medium-high heat, add oil and allow to get hot before adding ground beef.

Stir-fry meat 5 to 6 minutes or until meat just starts to brown, add chili seasoning, tomatoes and stir to combine.

Bring chili to a simmer then lower heat, cover and allow to cook 25 to 30 minutes.

Meanwhile set up ingredients for topping. In individual bowls add corn chips just to fill, then ladle chili evenly on top as needed, garnish with lots of cheese, onions and bacon.

Garnish as needed with any of your other favorite toppings.
