1 cedar plank
1 Lb fresh salmon
1 Tbsp Adams Reserve Peppercorn and Garlic Sear-N-Crust Rub
1/4 cup(s) Fischer & Wieser Pineapple Coconut Mango Tequila Sauce

Instructions

Soak cedar plank in warm water for 2 hours.

Heat grill to about 350°F or medium.

Season salmon with rub and place on cedar plank. Set plank with salmon on grill grates and cook 12 to 15 minutes. Salmon is done when center is uniformly pink.

Spread glaze on salmon and serve immediately. Enjoy!
