14 Oz H-E-B Instant Long Grain Rice
2 cup(s) H-E-B 2% Milk
14 Oz H-E-B Fat Free Sweetned Condensed Milk
1 Tbsp H-E-B Instant Coffee Regular
7 Oz Hill Country Fare Light Whipped Topping
1 Tsp Hill Country Fare Ground Cinnamon
2 Tbsp semi sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

Prepare the H-E-B Instant Long Grain Rice according to package directions and leave in the saucepan.

Add milk and sweetened condensed milk to the rice, stir over medium heat until it begins to boil.

Reduce the heat to low and cook, uncovered, for 20 minutes, stirring often as the rice mixture thickens.

Remove the pot from the heat, add the coffee granules and stir until coffee granules dissolve.

Cool pudding for 5 minutes and spoon into 8 small coffee cups.

Top each pudding with whipped cream, cinnamon and chocolate chips.
