Cajun Shrimp Caesar Wrap

2 Tbsp H-E-B Texas Originals Blackened Seasoning Spice Blend
1/2 Lb Gulf shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 Tbsp grapeseed oil
5 Mission Garden Spinach Herb Wraps
11 4/9 Oz H-E-B Select Ingredients Bacon Caesar Salad Kit, prepared according to package directions

Instructions

Heat a medium-size sauté pan over medium heat. Meanwhile, add blackened seasoning to a small bowl and coat shrimp. Set aside briefly.

Add grapeseed oil to the preheated pan and heat for 2 minutes. Add shrimp and sauté for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Keep shrimp warm.

Place an empty, dry skillet over medium-high heat. Working in batches, toast wraps lightly for 10 to 15 seconds then flip and heat for another 5 to 10 seconds, just until slightly browned but still soft. Set aside and keep warm.

To assemble each wrap, place 1 cup of Bacon Caesar Salad in the center of a warm wrap and top with a row of 5 to 6 shrimp.

Roll up like a burrito, slice in half and serve.
