Recipe makes 6 Servings

3 Oz Frank's Red Hot Sauce
4 Tbsp unsalted butter
1 Lb H-E-B Frozen Baby Smokehouse Potatoes, Cooked in the microwave according to package directions
3 Tbsp grapeseed oil
1/4 cup(s) green onions, sliced
2 Oz H-E-B Crumbled Blue Cheese

Instructions

Heat Frank's Red Hot Sauce in a small saucepan on medium. Add in butter 1 Tablespoon at a time, allowing it to melt before adding more.

Remove cooked potatoes from bag and cut into quarters. Place in a bowl and toss with grapeseed oil.

Transfer potatoes to an air fryer and cook at 430°F for 10 minutes or until crispy.

Toss potatoes in a bowl with the hot sauce. Garnish with green onions and blue cheese, and serve.
