Buffalo Chicken Crescent Rolls

Ingredients

Recipe makes 16 Servings

12 Oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, about 2 breasts
12 Oz beer, I used a Mexican beer
8 Oz cream cheese
4 Oz blue cheese crumbles
1/4 cup(s) Frank's Red Hot Sauce
2 8 ct. pkgs. of crescent rolls
1 Tbsp Adams Reserve Hatch Green Chile Ranch Rub

Heat a large skillet on medium-high and lightly spray with nonstick spray. Add chicken and sear both sides. Pour in beer, bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.

Remove chicken from pan and shred with two forks, adding in some of the simmering liquid.

Once chicken is shredded, add in cream cheese, blue cheese, and Frank's Red Hot Sauce. Mix well and set aside.

Preheat oven to 400ºF. Remove crescent rolls from package and lay on a clean surface.

Place 2 large spoonfuls of shredded chicken on each crescent roll and roll up and place on a sheet pan. Repeat until all the crescent rolls are used.

Gently sprinkle with Adams Reserve Hatch Green Chile Ranch Rub and bake until golden brown. Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
