16 Oz H-E-B Broccoli Cuts, frozen
7 3/4 Oz Hill Country Fare Complete Instant Potatoes
4 H-E-B Low Sodium Bacon, cooked crisp and chopped
1 cup(s) H-E-B 2% Mild Cheddar Shredded Cheese

Instructions

Heat oven to 400°F.

Spray a 2 quart baking dish with non-stick cooking spray; set aside.

Cook broccoli according to package directions and set aside.

Prepared potatoes according to package directions and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Evenly spread potatoes in prepared baking dish.

Layer broccoli cuts over potatoes.

Top broccoli with cheese and chopped bacon.

Bake in oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
