Recipe makes 6 Servings

10 1/2 Oz broccoli florets
1/3 cup(s) roasted salted almonds
2 large cloves of garlic, smashed
1/3 cup(s) fresh basil, roughly chopped
3/4 cup(s) Parmesan cheese, shredded
1/4 cup(s) red wine vinegar
1/2 cup(s) extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

Bring a small pot of water with a generous pinch of salt to a boil. Add broccoli and cook for exactly 3 minutes, drain and set aside.

In a food processor, add broccoli, almonds, garlic, basil, Parmesan cheese, red wine vinegar and olive oil.

Pulse until smooth; season to taste with salt and pepper as needed.
