8 Oz swordfish loin, 1 inch cut
1 Tbsp H-E-B Select Ingredients Fish Market Blackened Spice Blend
1 Tbsp H-E-B Sweet Cream Unsalted Butter

Instructions

Heat a non-stick pan to medium-high.

Season both sides of swordfish with blackened spice blend.

Spray hot pan with non-stick spay then add swordfish steak and cook 5 minutes.

Flip fish and add butter to pan. Gently lift swordfish with a rubber spatula and allow butter to get underneath.

Continue to cook for 5 minutes, basting top of swordfish with the melted butter during the last 30 seconds. Serve hot.
