Recipe makes 4 Servings

16 Oz Prime Top Sirloin Steaks, cut 3/4 inch thick
1 Tsp H-E-B Texas Originals Steak Seasoning
3 H-E-B Premium Thick Bacon
2 Tsp unsalted butter
1/4 Tsp H-E-B Worcestershire Sauce
3/4 Tsp H-E-B Dijon Mustard
1/2 cup(s) red bell pepper, thinly sliced
8 Oz small white mushrooms, quartered
2 Tsp H-E-B Blue Cheese Crumbles

Instructions

Season steaks on both sides with steak seasoning, and set aside.

Prepare grill for steaks.

While grill comes to temperature, cook bacon on a stove top until crispy.

Remove bacon, do not discard drippings. Over medium low heat add butter, mustard, peppers and mushrooms. Cook until mushrooms are tender.

Grill steaks as desired.

Top with sauce, bacon, and blue cheese crumbles.
