4 russet potatoes
1 pkg. fresh H-E-B Fajita Vegetables
1 Lb H-E-B Mi Comida Beef Fajitas
1 cup(s) H-E-B Mi Comida Shredded Asadero
1/2 cup(s) sour cream
1/4 cup(s) H-E-B That Green Sauce

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400ºF.

Using a fork, pierce potatoes in several spots then place in hot oven.

Once potatoes are cooked through (in about an hour), turn off heat and leave in oven to stay warm.

Preheat grill to medium-high.

Make a foil pouch, add vegetables and seal.

Place pouch with vegetables and beef on grill, and cook several minutes.

Flip pouch and beef, and cook several more minutes or until desired doneness. Remove from heat and allow to rest a few minutes.

Slice beef thinly against the grain.

To build bakers, cut potatoes in half lengthwise, add cheese, fajitas, and grilled veggies. Top with sour cream and That Green Sauce.
