2 Tbsp canola oil
1 medium white onion, diced
1 1/2 Lb lean ground chuck
15 Oz black beans
3/4 cup(s) plum tomatoes
4 Oz H-E-B Tomato Paste
3 Tbsp garlic, chopped
1 Tbsp ground cumin
1 Tbsp ground chili powder
32 Oz Central Market Organics Low Sodium Chicken Broth

Instructions

Bring a pot to medium-high.

Add canola oil and onions. Cook 5 minutes.

Add ground chuck and cook until browned, about 15 minutes.

Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer, and cook 1 1/2 hours.
