Banza Pasta with Pesto and Chicken Feta Sausage

Ingredients

Recipe makes 4 Servings

4 chicken feta sausage
8 Oz chickpea pasta, I used shells but any shape will work
10 1/2 Oz broccoli florets
1/3 cup(s) basil pesto
1 Pt cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 Tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400ºF.

Place sausage on a foil lined baking sheet and bake approximately 15 minutes or until sausage is cooked through. Set aside to cool slightly then slice.

Bring a large pot of water to boil, add pasta and cook 7 minutes. Add broccoli, bring water back to a boil and cook 2 minutes. Drain.

Return pasta broccoli mixture to the pot along with pesto, sliced sausage, tomatoes and black pepper. Stir and serve immediately.
