Balsamic and Black Pepper Wings

1 Lb chicken wings or drumsticks
3/4 cup(s) Pepper Toppers Jalapeño Sweet Balsamic, divided use
1 Tsp kosher salt
1 Tbsp black pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400˚F. In a bowl toss chicken wings with 1/4 of a cup of balsamic jalapeño sauce, salt and pepper.

Toss to coat and place on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-30 minutes (depending on your oven) or until internal temp of chicken reaches 165˚F.

Once fully cooked remove wings to a bowl and toss them with remaining 1/2 cup of jalapeño balsamic sauce while still hot. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve hot.
