Baked Salmon with Goat Cheese

1 Hill Country Fare No-Stick Canola Spray
1 1/4 Lb coho salmon fillets
1 5.3 oz container Chavrie Goat's Milk Cheese with Basil and Roasted Garlic
1/3 cup(s) chopped walnuts

Instructions

Heat oven to 450°F.

Coat a large baking pan with non-stick cooking spray and place salmon in pan, skin side down.

Spread cheese over top of salmon.

Chop walnuts; press walnuts into cheese.

Bake salmon 10-12 minutes per inch of thickness or until fish turns from translucent to opaque (white) and begins to flake.

Cut into 4 portions and serve.
