Bacon & Brown Sugar Wrapped Kobe Beef Hot Dogs

2 Tbsp unsalted butter
6 slices of center cut bacon
6 Kobe beef hot dogs
3 Tbsp brown sugar, plus more as needed for sprinkling over bacon

Instructions

Assemble bacon-wrapped hot dogs by placing each slice of bacon onto a cutting board lengthwise. Place hot dog on bacon at one end. Roll bacon and hot dog until bacon is completely wrapped around the hot dog. Set aside until you have finished wrapping all hot dogs.

Place a large non‑stick skillet on stove over medium heat. Add butter and allow to melt and get foamy.

Sprinkle each hot dog with a little brown sugar and place in skillet. Reduce heat to medium-low and fry hot dogs until bacon is crispy on all sides. Remove hot dogs and place on a paper towel to drain. Serve on hot dog buns with your favorite condiments.
