Ingredients

Recipe makes 8 Servings

2 cup(s) Frozen sweet white corn, frozen
12 Cherry tomatoes, cut into quarters
2 Large avocado, chopped
1/4 cup(s) fresh basil, chopped
1/2 cup(s) red onions, diced
2 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp Rice wine vinegar
1/8 Tsp salt
1/8 Tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

Cook the corn according to package directions, drain and allow corn to cool.

Combine corn, tomato, avocado, basil, onion, olive oil and red wine vinegar in a salad bowl.

Season the salad with salt and pepper.
